We review use, consent, domain ownership, and sending history before activation. Access can be restricted to approved source IPs and sending domains, and may be paused when current abuse signals warrant it.

Why do you review every application?
Sender reputation is shared infrastructure. Reviewing identity, consent, message purpose, domain readiness, and sending history helps prevent one abusive account from harming everyone else.
What kind of email is accepted?
Transactional messages and legitimate, permission-based operational or lifecycle email are a fit. Cold outreach, purchased or scraped lists, deceptive messages, credential phishing, and unsolicited bulk mail are not.
Is this only for WordPress?
No. Fast Email Servers is being built for standard SMTP applications, websites, and business tools, with mail routed through our infrastructure. WordPress is one integration. Include your application in your access request so we can confirm connection details and availability during onboarding.
Do I move my DNS to Fast Email Servers?
No. You keep your registrar and DNS provider. We prepare the authentication records your approved sender domain needs and guide you through publishing and checking them.
Does approval guarantee inbox placement?
No provider can honestly guarantee placement. Approval authorizes access to the relay; recipient decisions still depend on your content, consent, engagement, authentication, list hygiene, and reputation.
What is the difference between managed relay and the plugin?
Managed relay uses infrastructure operated by Fast Email Servers after approval. The self-hosted plugin is for teams running a compatible VPS themselves and accepting responsibility for the operating system, mail stack, DNS, security, monitoring, and reputation.
